IBSA is a global pharmaceutical company committed to research, development, and production of innovative healthcare solutions. Within its dermo aesthetic division, IBSA focuses on regenerative medicine, aesthetic injectables and skin care. As the company continues to grow, they are now looking for an Inside Sales Specialist for a newly established role to support the expansion and enhance customer relationships in Sweden.

Pivotal commercial role transforming digital leads – mainly Swedish – into loyal customers

As an Inside Sales Specialist you hold a pivotal role in commercializing digital leads and strengthening existing sales. Supported by an agile organization and collaborative colleagues, you will qualify digital leads from ongoing campaigns and engage with customers to understand their needs, create further awareness, support up- and cross selling as well as secure a smooth onboarding process. You will address former and develop existing clients through a structured process and provide insights into relevant offerings, events and educations.

Take the lead on a variety of commercial tasks:

  • Lead generation and qualification – cold calling, market analysis, online meetings, webinars
  • Onboarding of new customers
  • Upgrading former and existing customers – prepare and present information and offerings
  • Customer support – handling enquiries, complaints and requests
  • Market intelligence – share insights and align with internal colleagues on sales strategy
  • Host webinars when needed to effectively target a larger number of leads
  • Educational event participation –local and regional workshops and seminars

Be a visible part of a strong and collaborative Nordic sales team

You will be supported by various office and field-based colleagues who will help you secure a strong footprint on prospective customers and competitive and highly relevant commercial and educational offerings for existing customers in mainly Sweden but also support Finland when needed.

Proactive people person with sales acumen and a can-do mindset

We expect you to have a commercial, healthcare or business education on BSc. level and ideally 1-3 years of experience with sales processes in a similar role in a comparable industry. You have a demonstrated ability to analyse, structure and engage remotely with leads and customers to build sales and client satisfaction. Your communication and presentation skills are above average, and you excel in a collaborative setting where your inputs are appreciated, and your impact is very visible and vital.

Personally, you have a can-do attitude and possess a more than average endurance and positivity, you have a creative sales mind and thrive when sharing innovative ideas and working collaboratively.

You will be working out of the Copenhagen office with a flexible setup allowing 1-2 days working from home. Travel will be limited, but you will be offered up to 20 travel days per year to support and attend client workshops, seminars and internal Nordic meetings, and finally we expect you to speak and write Swedish fluently.
