Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager to join Winncare in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role is pivotal in setting the direction for the commercial strategy, engaging with distribution partners, and converting patient benefits and quality solutions into commercial successes.

Winncare is dedicated to improving patient care and create better living conditions for people requiring medical assistance at home or in medical facilities through innovative and high-quality products.

Key role in setting direction for the distribution and commercial strategy

Reporting to the CEO, you will take on a pivotal role and be responsible for setting the overall commercial strategy for the delivery of unique and value adding solutions to hospitals, nursing homes and home care sector. Based on in-depth analysis of existing and new distribution partners and the different competitive landscapes, you will create and implement a sales strategy for each product area and each user group by building relationships and partnerships with local and regional distributors.

Accelerating a growing international business within Welfare Technology

You will negotiate contracts and secure the engagement and success of each partner, and you will be in charge of alliance management for the entire region. Combining the market leading therapeutic mattresses, hoist systems and fall management solutions with an aging population you will be equipped and overall responsible for creating commercial success in the region.

Individual contributor with strong entrepreneurial mindset

We expect you to come with a higher education in a relevant field, preferably from a business school combined with several years of experience in sales within the healthcare technology or device sector preferably with welfare technology and equipment.

You have strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills and you are excellent in project management and negotiation skills, preferably with past experience selling through distribution partners.

As a person you come with a very dynamic, enthusiastic, results-oriented and winning mindset, with strong business and financial acumen and able to work in an entrepreneurial setting. You speak German fluently and have a high professional level of English.
