We are looking for a

Key Account Manager

to drive and manage our Neuropsychiatry business in central Finland. Your main sales areas will be Pirkanmaa, Kanta-Häme, Päijät-Häme, Satakunta, Vaasa, Pohjois-Savo and Keski-Suomi Healthcare districts.

You will be playing a vital part in creating and developing long-lasting relations with key stakeholders such as Psychiatrists, Neurologists and Pediatrists. You will have colleagues and support from our Finnish organization of 50 employees. You will work with our current products, and you will play an important part as we are soon launching new products to the market. You will be an influencer in the dynamic setting of Biocodex and be a key player in our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of activities with key stakeholders in Neuropsychiatry.
  • Working with extensive strategic key account management to establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders and specialist groups.
  • Secure high quality input and work on a daily basis with CRM.
  • In collaboration with our Sales Management, Brand Managers and other KAMs, drive and manage the Neuropsychiatry business to achieve and outperform targets and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and further develop areas of expertise/competences in relation to the business area and your own special competence.

About you:

Building relationships with healthcare professionals is familiar to you and we expect you to have at least 3 years of experience within sales from the Psychiatry / Neurology / Pediatrics area or other related therapy areas.

To be successful in this position you need a high drive for success and an entrepreneurial mindset. Your business understanding is profound, and your approach is proactive. Your personality is outgoing, you also demonstrate effective structuring and organizing skills. You have a strong analytical mindset and you feel comfortable working independently. This position requires fluent Finnish and good English. This position is field based and requires travelling in central Finland. The Tampere area is central in this role.
