Unique and outstanding opportunity to work with three very different therapeutic areas
IBSA Nordic is growing in Denmark and you will in this position hold a crucial role developing the business in primarily Zealand and secondarily Skåne with the support of a small team of skilled and very professional Nordic colleagues. Your focus will be hospital accounts within the three therapeutic areas, and you will be able to conduct your own mapping, account and activity plans with the overall objective of delivering on the large potential in each area.

Wide visible role in a small organisation
The role calls for sales driven and analytical person, who will be able to set own direction, identify and handle obstacles, access and influence key stakeholders and utilize a small Nordic cross functional supporting team. It is vital that you are hands-on when it comes to converting plans, ideas and projects into action and are able to quickly build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at different levels.

Commercial drive and scientific proficient
It is an unconditional demand that you have solid experience and documented success within key account management and sales and project work on a specialist level within the hospital sector in either Denmark or Sweden. You have a good understanding of business and a commercial drive combined with a high level of independence. You find an interest in and are quick at understanding scientific studies and analysing the impact these studies can have on your business. You must also be able to clearly communicate the findings/impacts/results of these studies to professionals at the centres/clinic. You are LIF-exanimated, excellent in Danish or Swedish and English and you most likely come with a healthcare og commercial background and you are flexible regarding covering all of Zealand and some parts southern part of Sweden.
