Take Charge of Account Management!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring long-term relationships and collaboration with existing and new high-value clients in the retail industry, by nurturing and maintaining these relationships. Regularly visiting clients as scheduled with the Head of Business Development for the Nordics, you’ll act as their main point of contact, negotiating partnership terms to optimize both profitability and client satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll manage end-of-life (EOL) situations in the field, ensuring that transitions and replacements are handled smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth by promoting complementary products through effective demonstrations, aiming to boost revenue and maintain solid gross margins. Your proactive approach will be essential in pursuing new business opportunities and acquiring clients listed in the strategic customer portfolio, as well as collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and follow up on potential leads within your designated area.
A core part of your role will involve cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with various internal teams, such as customer service, sales support, and the EMEA team, to ensure smooth service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, building and maintaining external networks will be important to expand business opportunities and strengthen Sesami’s market presence across the region.
Is This You?
If you have a proven track record in key account management and business development, particularly in B2B sales within the retail industry, and are skilled in CRM systems (like D365) and PowerBI, we’d love to hear from you. The role requires strong Excel skills, self-motivation, excellent communication, and fluency in Danish and English. Travel flexibility is essential as there could be some overnight travel within Nordics and Europe.
