Do you want to strengthen the commercial success within RF and Microwave products in a high-growth company in the electrical, electromechanical, and passive components industry?

As Key Account Manager Nordics, you will be responsible for developing the RF/Microwave business in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, and will own your own sales target. You will have a strong focus on building and maintaining the business relationships with the existing RF/Microwave customers across the region, as well as working on developing profitable business with new customers – ensuring customers receive the right technical expertise, fast response times, and best-in-class solutions.

In close collaboration with your RF/Microwave-focused FAE colleague, you will take responsibility for developing the professional and commercial relationships with Milexia Nordics’ RF/Microwave customers. This includes primarily product-making B2B customers across relevant industries as well as Electronics Manufacturing Services companies. With the product-making B2B customers, you will both develop and maintain relationships and business with the customer’s R&D team, to get Milexia Nordics’ products designed into new products that are being developed, as well as collaborate with the customer’s procurement department to get Milexia Nordics’ products into the existing product portfolio.

Based on a hands-on, authentic, resilient approach, and an in-depth understanding of your customers’ business and challenges you will keep on top of all your stakeholders and monitor and identify new business opportunities. With new design-in product development business opportunities, you will involve the relevant supplier stakeholders in the sales process and dialogues/meetings with the customer, to bring the right level of technical expertise and to increase the possibility of finding a solution which adds value to all three parties.

Apart from strengthening and growing your existing accounts, you identify new business development opportunities with new customers by steadily observing the market including new developments in the RF/Microwave industry, not least within Defence and Aerospace. You will utilise your strong professional network and work experience to get Milexia Nordics on the radar with new customers and will facilitate sales processes with relevant customer stakeholders to convert prospects into buying customers. When it comes to the RF and Microwave brands in the Milexia portfolio, you and your FAE colleague at headquarter will be the technical go-to people in the Milexia Nordics team.

Technically minded business developer with excellent people skills

You have a strong track record within technical B2B sales and business development and are motivated by working with multiple stakeholders involved. Ideally, you have experience from a similar role in the Defence industry, selling RF/Microwave solutions to product-making B2B companies in the Nordics. To succeed in the role, it is vital that you enjoy working on operational and tactical levels, in a customer-focused, hands-on environment.

As a person, you are technically astute and have excellent commercial, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset. You see the bigger picture and are a team-player and a fast learner. Your educational background is a relevant technical education. You are fluent in English, written as well as verbally.
