As part of an ongoing transformational journey towards becoming an even more commercially focused business with an emphasis on Management Consulting services, we are now looking for a Managing Director to our Swedish market.
As Managing Director for Sweden, you will have full P&L responsibility for the Swedish business and for setting and growing the Swedish team. In this way, your primary tasks will be to maintain profitability and increase sales and thus create a long-term sustainable business catering for growth. Based at our modern offices in central Malmö, you will manage a team of 5 highly skilled and experienced consultants, as well as a group of closely linked associates. Cooperating closely with the consulting leadership team in DK and internationally, you will furthermore be a central part of Mannaz’ leadership team, which sets the direction for the international organisation.
A well-connected change leader with strong business acumen
In order to understand our business model and offerings, we are looking for a high-profile consulting expert within e.g. Transformation Consulting, Leadership Development, Organisation Development, etc. Your excellent network in the Swedish market and ability to expand trusted relationships with clients, is what will enable you and your team to sell and deliver at scale, as the business grows. Aside from your demonstrated ability to create new business opportunities, you are a keen people leader, who can turn vison & strategy into structured, prioritised action in collaboration with your team.
