As the first Product Marketing Manager at Stibo DX, this is a unique opportunity to shape and define the role, and to play a key part in how product marketing drives commercial impact across the business.
You will play a central role in translating product strategy into market success, ensuring that messaging, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives are executed with clarity and impact.

Based in Copenhagen and reporting directly to the SVP Marketing, the role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success, acting as a key link between product strategy and commercial execution and driving alignment across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

This role is central to translating product strategy into clear, compelling commercial narratives and ensuring impactful execution across markets. You own the story, the launch, and the field readiness. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver commercial success.

Core responsibilities include:

Positioning & Narrative

  • Define and continuously refine ICPs, personas, use cases, and value propositions
  • Own and develop the core messaging and pitch narrative, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
    Go-to-Market & Launches
  • Plan and drive go-to-market activities for product launches and market entries
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution and ensure strong internal alignment
  • Deliver launch materials, internal communications, and enablement initiatives

Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

  • Develop and maintain key sales materials (pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, etc.)
  • Support Sales and Customer Success with clear messaging, insights, and tools that drive win rates
  • Ensure strong adoption of materials in the field
    Market & Competitive Insight
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and translate insights into commercial and product recommendations
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging discussions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a central hub between Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Drive alignment and ensure that messaging, assets, and launches are delivered on time—and used in practice
  • Facilitate regular cadence and collaboration across teams

The ideal candidate is a commercially oriented and hands-on product marketing professional, who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

You bring:

  • Experience within B2B SaaS product marketing, including positioning, go-to-market, and sales enablement
  • Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear commercial value
  • A structured and analytical approach, combined with a strong execution mindset
  • Experience working across Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
  • Advanced AI capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making
