RelyOn Nutec has for more than 50 years partnered with their customers and helped them with training and competence development of their employees. Customers buy the reassurance that their employees are trained in safety and have the right certificates to be able to work in exposed situations. It could be on the water, under water, in height or on the ground.
The company is the market leader in Denmark. In addition to offering the classic physical courses within rescue, fire, capsizing or working at altitude, the product range has developed in recent years. Today, Augmented reality, E-learning and adaptive learning are concepts that the company has incorporated into all their training of employees for their customers.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who can take total responsibility for the turnover in Denmark – and the 9 employees in the sales department. The sales department includes 2 Key Account Managers, 3 Customer Service employees, 1 Digital Sales employee, 1 Sales Supporter and 1 Customer Service Manager.
The job is based on the unique facilities outside Esbjerg, where the other management group is also located. Your reference is to the Managing Director of the Scandinavian companies.
Commercial profile with passion and experience with management and long-term customer relations
We’re looking for a profile with passion. A person with a high level of activity who is a skilled leader. The job is for those who want an active leader role where you can unite working with your own customers and lead the entire team. The management role consists in being listening, training and supportive. In addition to this, we want to hire someone who can create commercial transparency through selected key figures and sales-driven BI.
Whether you have previously sold large or small solutions is not decisive. Most importantly, you can listen to your customers, understand their business, and help them train their employees. Behind you, you will have strong resources that can help with everything new that you have not previously executed. The revenue potential will be to maintain the great sales work with the physical courses and develop greater sales on E-learning and general digital learning.
We expect you to demonstrate that you have had long-term customer relationships where you have been able to assert yourself as the company’s representative and develop synergies with them.We also assume that you have been used to working with Marketing regarding campaigns and lead generation.
