We are looking for a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) in Sweden. The final role level will be determined by the candidate’s experience and background. Senior profiles with strong industry knowledge, a competitor background or a proven BESS sales track record are highly encouraged to apply.

The Role

You will become part of one of the strongest and most well‑coordinated Nordic Energy Storage teams, working closely with experienced colleagues across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. The commercial organisation collaborates closely across borders, ensuring strong support on opportunities, customer insights and market development.

You will be supported by a dedicated technical organisation with deep expertise in system design, engineering, solution development and supplier collaboration, allowing you to focus on sales, relationships and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as sales lead for grid‑scale and C&I Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Sweden
  • Drive the full sales process, from early customer dialogue to contract closure
  • Identify, qualify and develop new ESS opportunities within the Swedish energy market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, developers, data centres, industrial customers, aggregators, consultants and EPC partners
  • Work closely with engineering and solution teams to develop high‑quality proposals
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear and compelling commercial value propositions
  • Maintain a structured 12–24 month sales pipeline
  • Represent BOS Power at industry events, conferences, customer workshops and networks
  • Build strategic partnerships with technology suppliers, EPCs and solution partners
  • Contribute actively to the Nordic commercial and market strategy for Energy Storage Systems

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience selling BESS, grid‑connected storage, hybrid power solutions, solar or EPC energy solutions
  • Strong network within the Swedish energy sector
  • Experience working with long, complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial decision makers
  • Solid understanding of ESS value streams, grid services and energy markets
  • Strong commercial, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a structured and systematic working style
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages are an advantage)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy systems, business, economics, industrial engineering or similar
  • Master’s degrees are equally welcomed – both technical and commercially oriented educational backgrounds
