As part of the continued development in the clinical operation teams, NBCD is looking to add a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to their organisation. Your primary role will be to manage clinical trials from start to finish, engage with internal and external stakeholders locally and abroad, provide senior expertise and mentoring to fellow Clinical Trial Managers (CTM) and assist in onboarding and training of new staff.

Visible and broad role in a collaborative organisation

As the Senior Clinical Trial Manager, you will work in a pivotal role managing clinical trials. You will be part of presenting the unique offerings of NBCD for future clients, the designing and planning of clinical trials and you will be responsible for the operational delivery together with internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders. In addition, you will support the training for both NBCD and subcontracted CRAs.

You will provide senior expertise and mentorship to other CTMs, fostering collaboration across teams. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for ensuring comprehensive oversight and stakeholder management, as well as handling sponsors throughout projects and studies. Strategic thinking, strong overview and effective communication with the team will be crucial.

You will be working together with a wide range of clients, from Virtual Biotech to Big Pharma. The wide variety in clients also means that you as Senior Clinical Trial Manager will have an exciting variety of work tasks and stakeholders.

As Senior Clinical Trial Manager, you will report to the Associate Director Clinical Operations, Anne Bo Follin. You will become part of an organisation consisting of 12 Clinical Trial Managers, including three Senior Clinical Trial Managers.
