Senior Vice President Global Sales
Stibo DX
Are you an inspiring global sales leader who excels at building high-performing teams, shaping winning commercial strategies, and delivering sustainable growth across international markets?
Stibo DX, the company behind the Cue multimedia enterprise platform, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Vice President to lead and develop the company’s global sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the global new business growth agenda in a market-leading SaaS company serving some of the world’s most recognized media brands. As part of Stibo DX’s continued growth journey, you will play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition and expanding the company’s position across strategic global markets.
As SVP Global Sales, you will be a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team and play a central role in shaping and executing Stibo DX’s global growth strategy. We are looking for a true force multiplier: a leader who builds high-performing teams, creates commercial momentum, and delivers results through others. Success in this role comes from building capabilities, coaching the team, and creating scalable commercial systems rather than relying on personal deal execution.
You will lead a multi-regional sales organisation, consisting of six employees plus the leader, located across Europe, North America and APAC, and drive commercial performance while helping accelerate Stibo DX’s position as a global leader in digital content platforms for media.
Based in Europe, and reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment across the entire commercial organisation. You will lead growth initiatives across key markets including UK & Ireland, France, Spain, DACH, North America, and Japan, while also supporting growth initiatives across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
This role combines strategic leadership with strong operational execution. You will own the global sales strategy, lead Stibo DX’s new customer acquisition agenda, drive pipeline and revenue growth, and ensure consistent commercial excellence across markets.
Core responsibilities include:
- Define and execute the global sales strategy with a strong focus on new logo acquisition and sustainable growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing international sales organisation
- Drive predictable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline and forecast management
- Own commercial execution across global markets and continuously improve sales performance
- Drive a disciplined sales operating model with focus on forecast accuracy, pipeline governance, sales velocity, and execution excellence
- Ensure consistent adoption of sales methodologies and best practices, including MEDDPICC and Challenger
- Strengthen competitive positioning and support strategic enterprise opportunities
- Partner across the commercial organisation to accelerate growth and customer acquisition
- Act as a trusted executive partner to customers, prospects, and key stakeholders
- Represent Stibo DX at industry events, conferences, and executive-level customer engagements
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven and internationally experienced sales executive who combines strategic leadership with strong operational discipline. You are a builder and people leader who creates results through teams, processes, and commercial excellence.
You bring:
- Extensive leadership experience within enterprise SaaS, software, or technology sales
- A proven track record of driving new business growth in international markets
- Experience leading global or multi-country sales organizations
- Strong expertise in complex enterprise sales and strategic account management
- Proven success implementing sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Demonstrated success building high-performing sales teams and scalable sales processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level decision-makers
- High commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience driving commercial performance through structured sales governance and operational discipline
- Strong interest in leveraging technology, analytics, and AI-enabled ways of working to increase productivity and effectiveness
- Fluency in English
