Shopper & Brand Activation Manager for RAWBITE – Honest Energy, Anytime, Anywhere

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Shopper & Brand Activation Manager to strengthen our brand’s connection with both consumers and shoppers across key markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative shopper marketing initiatives and brand activations – including events – that engage, inspire, and convert our target audience. Your work will support both our commercial and brand objectives, and you will play a key role in creating a unique shopper and customer experience.

Your responsibilities

As Shopper & Brand Activation Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement shopper activation strategies to enhance the in-store experience and increase sell-out in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Plan and execute brand activations such as trade shows, sports sponsorships, in-store activations, and local brand campaigns to maximize brand visibility and emotional connection with the target audience.
  • Work closely with Commercial Managers to tailor activation campaigns to local market needs and ensure flawless execution in our core markets (DACH & Nordics).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social Media, Brand Management, and E-commerce, to create integrated campaigns with measurable results.
  • Manage and optimize the annual budget for shopper marketing activities and events to ensure cost-efficient execution without compromising quality or impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, prepare post-activation reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.

We are looking for someone who has

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field – a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in shopper marketing or trade marketing within FMCG – experience in the sweet category and knowledge of the German and/or Danish markets is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • A creative and innovative approach to consumer engagement.
  • Experience in budget management and campaign analysis.
  • Fluency in English – German and/or Danish language skills are an advantage.

In the initial phase, the focus will be on optimizing existing shopper and brand activations. From 2026 onwards, the focus will shift towards market expansion and scaling our activation strategies.
