As a Solution Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customer needs and engineering execution, designing cutting-edge ESS solutions that drive the energy transition.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As Solution Manager, you will:
- Develop & Optimize ESS Solutions – Design tailored energy storage systems that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with Customers – Lead technical discussions, feasibility studies, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Support Sales & Tender Processes – Assist in tender preparation, manage bids, and coordinate with sub-suppliers.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Stay up to date with grid regulations, and other market standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with R&D, engineering, and project management to ensure seamless execution.

Who We’re Looking For
- Strong technical background in energy storage, power grids, or related fields.
- Experience in technical presales, solution engineering, or bid management.
- Ability to work across sales, engineering, and operations teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and market standards in energy storage.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a customer-facing role.
