Do you want to strengthen the commercial success on the Finnish market for a high-growth company in the electrical, electromechanical, and passive components industry?

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the Finnish business including having responsibility for your own sales target. You will have a strong focus on building and maintaining the business relationships with the existing RF and Microwave customers in Finland. Also, you will work on developing profitable business with new customers, both on the leading RF and Microwave brand as well as other relevant brands across the Milexia and Cabcon Group portfolio.

You will take responsibility for developing the professional and commercial relationships with your customers in Finland. This includes primarily product-making B2B customers across relevant industries as well as Electronics Manufacturing Services companies. With the product-making B2B customers, you will both develop and maintain relationships and business with the R&D teams, to get Cabcon Group’s products designed into new products that are being developed, as well as collaborate with the customer’s procurement department to get Cabcon Group’s products into the existing product portfolio.

Based on a hands-on, authentic, resilient approach, and an in-depth understanding of your customers’ business and challenges you will keep on top of all your stakeholders and monitor and identify new business opportunities. With new design-in product development business opportunities, you involve relevant supplier stakeholders in the sales process and dialogues/meetings with your customer, to bring the right level of technical expertise and to increase the possibility of finding a solution which adds value to all parties.

Apart from strengthening and growing your existing accounts, you identify new business development opportunities with new customers by steadily observing the market including any new developments in the electrical, electromechanical, and passive components industry. You utilise your strong professional network and experience to get Cabcon Group on the radar with new exciting customers and facilitate sales processes with relevant customer stakeholders to convert prospects into buying customers.

Technically minded business developer with excellent people skills

You have a strong track record within technical B2B sales and business development and are motivated by working with multiple stakeholders across different industries. Ideally, you have experience from a similar role, selling components to B2B companies in Finland, including RF and Microwave products. In order to succeed in the role, it is vital that you enjoy working on operational and tactical levels, in a customer-focused, hands-on environment.

As a person, you are technically astute and have excellent commercial, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset. You see the bigger picture and are a team-player and a fast learner. As Cabcon Group’s first employee in Finland, you thrive on working independently and with the responsibility that comes with representing Cabcon Group in your country. Your educational background is probably a relevant technical education. You are fluent in Finnish and English, written as well as verbally.
