As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of projects ranging from approximately 30 million euros to triple-digit million euros and beyond—projects that shape the future of ROCKWOOL. Your ability to build relationships, engage effectively, and align diverse interests will drive continuous project progression, fully in line with ROCKWOOL’s core values: Ambition, Integrity, Responsibility, and Efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your project portfolio, delivering on time, cost-effective, in adherence to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Engage your stakeholders as needed and establish connected and informative communication, while ensuring progression and alignment towards mutual success.
- The stakeholder landscape includes top management, factories, suppliers and procurement.
- Make sure that the project team- and organization has clear goals while creating a supportive environment where teams can thrive and perform at their best.
- Act as a trusted manager who inspires and motivates while orchestrating collaboration among project teams.
- Balance short-term operational priorities with long-term strategic objectives, ensuring that the projects strengthen ROCKWOOL’s leadership in sustainable solutions.

Your Qualifications:
ROCKWOOL are looking for an experienced senior project manager who combines solid project management experience with a natural and attentive approach to people management characterized by empathy, motivation, and professionalism.
Your background and experience include:
- Proven experience managing projects within production, engineering, or construction.
- Excell within professional stakeholder management particularly in collaboration with top management and Factory managers.
- Risk assessment in relations to the delivery of CAPEX projects, including budgeting, cost management, and supplier contract negotiations.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environment
- Industry experience in construction, energy, or similar fields is a plus.
Your personal qualities:
- An inspiring manager who leads by example with confidence, dependability, and authenticity.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a clear sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building long-lasting relationships.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Practical Information:
- Location: ROCKWOOL Headquarters, Hedehusene, Denmark
- (Office First Policy)
- Travel: Approximately 60-80 days per year, Eg. Europe & USA.
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
