Procurement Manager
to join CaPS as we continue our growth journey.

Your Role
This is a dynamic position within a fast-growing international organization serving private equity portfolio companies and investment firms. The role blends procurement management, supplier relationship development, and client account responsibility—with a strong focus on driving growth and volume specifically within the Finnish market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively drive consultative sales to the portfolio companies of private equity investors
- Managing supplier partnerships and overseeing client relationships
- Leading competitive tenders and annual negotiations
- Supporting the international expansion of CaPS’ unique procurement concept
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with at least 10 years of relevant experience—ideally in procurement, contract management, sales, consulting, or related fields. Background in both in-house procurement roles and consulting firms is valued. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring agility, drive, and ambition to everything you do. Experience with international business and growth projects is an advantage.
Ideally, you also bring:
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Precision and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus)
- Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations
- A hard-working, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
- A “CaPS-attitude”: customer-oriented and self-driven
- Educational background in economics and a strong academic track record
You build relationships easily, engage with varied stakeholders, and are interested in long-term growth with the company.
