1. Job analysis

We begin with a meeting with you and HR. We jointly clarify the role, the required profile, and expectations. Based on this, we develop a job description and an advertising plan that reflect the role and the match we are seeking.

2. Identification and approach

We combine active advertising with search across our network and relevant databases. We approach potential candidates directly to ensure professional relevance and genuine motivation.

3. Interviews and shortlist

Compass interviews relevant candidates and evaluates them based on both competencies and personality. You receive a shortlist of 2–4 candidates who match both the role and your organization.

4. Presentation and evaluation

We coordinate interviews between you and the candidates. You receive all relevant information in a professional presentation package, enabling you to easily compare and evaluate the candidates.

5. Assessment and references

Selected candidates complete personality and cognitive ability assessments. We collect references and provide a consolidated evaluation that strengthens the decision-making basis.

6. Final interviews

You meet the most suitable candidates for final interviews together with the relevant decision-makers. Compass coordinates the process and adapts the scheduling to your needs.

7. Contract, evaluation and follow-up

We support the contract process and ensure a smooth transition. After the hire, we follow up at 1, 3, and 6 months and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
