Financial Leadership and Strategic Impact Across EMEA

LeMaitre is looking for a dynamic professional to manage financial operations, optimize processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial records. As Finance & Controlling Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing LeMaitre’s financial strategy, providing insights and recommendations to achieve ambitious business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in leading budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial data, and supporting data-driven decision-making at the highest level.

You will also oversee the preparation and distribution of financial statements, reports, and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards. As a trusted advisor, you will identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and safeguard the company’s financial stability.

Experienced Finance Professional with Vision and Integrity

To succeed in this role, you bring a Bachelor’s degree (Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in senior finance or accounting roles, ideally within a publicly listed company. You have a proven track record of financial leadership, including experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, and you possess strong analytical, technological, and organizational skills. Your strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in financial analysis and modeling set you apart. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft D365, will be a distinct advantage.

You are a natural leader, skilled at mentoring and developing high-performing teams, and you foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Fluency in English and German is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to travel up to 10%.
