Nordic Nutriment is now looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Manager to take full ownership of key customer relationships and core commercial responsibilities. You will be the go-to person for building strong, trust-based partnerships with major retail and online players like Matas, Normal, Nemlig, Meny and Med24.

As Sales Manager, you will manage the entire customer dialogue – from campaign planning and product launches to continuous performance tracking, commercial reporting, and optimization. You will work closely with the Managing Director and co-founder, who will increasingly focus on product development and strategic growth, while you take the lead on commercial execution and customer collaboration. Your commercial insight and data-driven approach will help unlock growth opportunities and improve category performance in a competitive vitamin and supplement market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key retail and online partners through regular dialogue, planning, and collaboration
  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, product activations, and launches tailored to each customer’s needs
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data (including newsletter impact, campaign sell-through, and category benchmarks) to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Act as a crucial link between category management, brand teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize commercial impact
  • Identify ways to improve collaboration, increase ROI, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Take on leadership responsibilities as the team grows, including managing direct reports, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of performance and development
