As they continue to grow, the Nordic Real World Evidence team are looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Epidemiologist to join the Stockholm office and help shape the future of real-world evidence in the Nordics.
Turn Complex Data into Actionable Insights for the Nordic Pharma Industry
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of real-world data/evidence studies in collaboration with our clients, ensuring scientific, regulatory, and ethical standards are met.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including protocol development, data application, data extraction, cohort creation, statistical analysis, interpretation, and scientific communication.
- Act as subject-matter expert in Swedish real-world data sources and work hands-on both with local and Nordic data including claims databases, health registries and electronic health records, and apply statistical modelling to deliver evidence that supports business-critical decisions.
- Have close contact with clients throughout the projects and manage relationships that ensure the delivery of high-quality, relevant, and strategic results.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Signum’s Nordic offices and engage cross-functionally with teams involved in market access, HEOR, medical affairs and commercial strategy.
Analytical Mind & Collaborative Spirit
The ideal candidate comes with an advanced degree (PhD) in epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology or other related fields, and possesses deep knowledge of the Swedish real world data landscape. You should be proficient in statistical tools (R software) and bring excellent experience in project and stakeholder management. Prior consultancy/industry experience and understanding of how RWE can support clinical development, regulatory strategy, and launch preparation will be considered as strong assets. Personally, you are structured, analytical and self-driven with a natural ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and inspire colleagues. You have a strong interest in healthcare innovation and life science, and you thrive in a high-paced, collaborative environment where your insights can directly contribute to better outcomes for patients and society. Fluency in Swedish/Danish and English is essential.
