Boresight and Alignment Solutions is on an exciting journey of rapid global expansion, and we’re looking for a seasoned international client executive (VP Business Development) with an extended network within military (NATO) organizations and structures and/or within the global Defence Industry.

This is your opportunity to be part of a company at the forefront of industrial innovation – delivering unique solutions to world-class OEM-partners and armed vehicle/ aircraft manufacturers across the globe.

Your Mission:

  • You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our international growth by bringing our unique technologies to leading players in Defence Industry.
  • Market Development: Analyze markets and build strategic relationships with Military decisionmakers and potential OEM-partners among Defence Industry manufacturers worldwide.
  • Client Solutions: Present tailored solutions, cultivate client relationships, and negotiate long-term agreements.
  • Innovation Bridge: Collaborate closely with R&D, providing valuable customer insights and shaping product development.
  • Leadership Role: Be a key member of the Management Team, working alongside the CEO and Management Group.
  • Strategy & Execution: Coordinate all sales and marketing activities for BAS and our international representatives/ambassadors
  • End-to-End Sales: Prepare technical proposals, manage negotiations, assess risks, and drive deal closures.
  • Industry Presence: Represent BAS at key conferences, exhibitions, and Defence Industry events.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise in modern warfare and/or Defence Industries
  • Higher Military or Technology education
  • Strategic international Military experience or commercial international experience from Defence Industry companies
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally
  • Background from technical sales with international experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian/Swedish – German is a plus
