As an Account Manager, you will focus on building strong relationships with high-value clients in the retail industry while actively pursuing new business opportunities across Sweden and Denmark.

Your Role in Account Management

In this role, you will be the primary contact for key clients, regularly visiting customers on a schedule coordinated with the Head of Business Development for the Nordics. Your responsibilities include not only maintaining these relationships but also pursuing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and securing contracts. You’ll negotiate partnership agreements to optimize sales and profitability, including managing End-of-Life (EOL) processes in the field.

You’ll be at the forefront of Sesami’s mission to transform cash management with innovative, AI-driven solutions. You will promote complementary products through demonstrations and actively seek new clients that align with Sesami’s strategic goals. Working alongside customer service, sales support, and the EMEA team, you’ll ensure that Sesami delivers top-notch service and keeps clients satisfied. There may also be opportunities to manage cross-border key accounts in the future.

Are You the Right Fit? 

Sesami is looking for someone with B2B sales experience, especially in the retail sector. You should have a proven track record in account management and business development, enabling you to engage with and expand high-value client relationships in a competitive environment. Experience with CRM systems (such as D365) and PowerBI is essential, as are strong Excel skills for data management. You are self-motivated, results-driven, and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in Swedish and English is required. You should also be flexible to travel and work from various locations as needed, including a few overnight stays within Europe.
