As McDonald’s continues their global expansion, they are actively seeking a dedicated Business Analyst who is passionate about delivering valuable insights and creating strategic impact within the Nordic division. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly providing actionable insights, fostering innovation, and optimizing research tools and processes.

Driving business decisions through proactive analysis

McDonald’s is looking for a driven and analytically sharp individual with a deep understanding of business processes. You have a successful track record in reporting and analysis and are structured in your work, when dealing with data analysis and valuable business information and insights.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll engage broadly across the organization, collaborating closely with colleagues in Insights & Analytics, the Nordic Analytic IT team, the Nordic Marketing Team and Supply Chain.

The Business Analyst reports to the Nordic Lead of Insights & Analytics and manages business performance KPIs for Food Folk. You will develop, maintain, and monitor tools and KPIs to support driving business results.

Your main responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Responsible for measuring business performance – as in reporting and identifying business opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Developing tools and templates for reporting, analysis, and forecasts, and coordinating the reporting process for the group.
  • Supporting the organization with data analysis on business-related questions, owning the business data, tools, and analysis.
  • Participate and represent Business Insights in the Nordic Analytic Platform team as a subject matter expert on business insights and support with data validation and report development.
  • Managing and generating ideation of new business data visualization and subsequently responsible for driving the development of new reports in Power BI that provide value creation for the stakeholders.
