New business- and IT-solutions are key to staying relevant in the market and enable a seamless customer journey across channels and Reduce Time to Market (RTM) through the present Agile Operating Model with SAFe as the guiding star.
As Head of business Agility, you play a key role in the RTM 2.0 journey with the aim of delivering better products faster to the customers. You take ownership of key stakeholder management, and you drive a proactive and positive internal communication on status, scoop and progression on the agile projects and their business implication & contribution.
Overall, You will have plenty of opportunity to influence how the organization works with agility and make your mark in a high performing agile organization. We expect that the new Head of Business Agility will:
- Lead the Agile (and organizational) transformation from idea to live
- Drive efficiency in execution and continuous
- Build a new Test Management capability across all IT and business functions in
- Manage and develop
A strong leader with great executional skills
The new Head of Business Agility is a proactive, inclusive, and strong business- & process leader who can set direction and create solid organizational commitment within both the Business agility team, and across the rest of the organization.
To meet the requirements of the role we expect that you:
- Have extensive leadership experience and can lead agile and organizational
- Have solid experience in IT development and (scaled) agile
- Can convert theories into practice by implementing agile ways of
- Are decisive and result-driven with the ability to react and adjust to changing
- Have excellent people and communication skills and communicates fluently in Ability to communicate in Danish is considered a plus.
- Preferably have a master’s degree within Business or IT or
