Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Procurement Development and Supplier Sustainability, you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and optimizing our procurement process models to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Managing and maintaining group-wide procurement processes, including category management
- Developing and implementing new processes to enhance our procurement capabilities
- Taking ownership of key procurement systems, such as spend management and sourcing tools
- Reporting on various sustainability metrics, including PLD, CSRD, annual reports, and more
- Monitoring upcoming sustainability requirements and regulations to ensure compliance
- Leading and participating in sustainability-related projects across the organization
- Providing expertise and support in sustainability topics to drive continuous improvement
- Maintaining our management systems and ensuring quality standards are met
- Managing a talented team of three individuals and fostering their professional growth
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we believe you bring the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred
- Several years of experience in process development and sustainability roles
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Communication- and relationship building skills
- Proven expertise in project management and implementing process improvements
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
- A deep understanding of sustainability standards, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in procurement and sustainability reporting
- Prior experience from working for a larger industrial company in an international context
