About the position

Beritech is experiencing massive growth due to rising demands from the pharmaceutical industry. As of 2024, plans for further expansion are on the horizon, and as part of this growth strategy, Beritech Group is now looking for a dedicated Head of Sales, Pharma.

As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in further boosting sales, securing a pipeline of pertinent client projects and unleash Beritech’s extensive international market potential. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will spearhead sales targeting pharmaceutical clients and build a structured sales setup to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in reaching sales goals to this segment. Collaborating closely with the CEO and the Site Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will have a broad interface across Beritech and work together with Marketing, Project Management and System Engineering, all supporting the sales process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy for the pharmaceutical segment
  • Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
  • Engaging and motivating colleagues across departments to tap into the sales process
  • Managing the sales budget and providing regular reports to the management team
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Planning and coordinating sales activities such as meetings and events

About you

To excel in this role, you will need to be driven, proactive, and persistent. You should have a successful track record in technical solution selling to pharmaceutical companies, e.g. process equipment, machinery and/or facilities. Ideally, you hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Experience with international markets is advantageous, as is technical knowledge or the ability to understand Beritech’s solutions. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential for success in this position. Additionally, a strong strategic mindset and planning skills are necessary to develop and implement effective sales strategies. An analytical mindset as well as financial acumen, including the ability to understand the economics of the solutions being offered, is highly desirable.
