Inside Sales & Digital Customer Engagement Representative – Sweden/Denmark


What you will do

As a member of the Nordic sales organization, you will support the business by engaging with customers and implementing the company’s activities around Digital Customer Engagement.

This role is a permanent role starting asap.

Responsibilities will include

  • Sales Specialist selling to and engaging with customers remotely (‘Sales Rep without a car’)
  • Actively sells Tecan’s consumable products by using telephone/videocalls and appropriate digital channels
  • Achieve sales targets by territory planning and opportunity management
  • Part of the Nordic sales organization?
  • Implement the company’s activities around Digital Customer Engagement in the territory
  • Continuously increase personal efficiency and productivity

What you bring along

  • Degree in Life Sciences or Medtech
  • Sales in European life sciences or laboratory diagnostics market
  • Commercially driven and ambitious
  • Proven Track record
  • Ability to understand the needs of clients, staff and co-workers
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and outcome-oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to engage with customers using the telephone and digital channels
  • Recognize cultural differences
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English and preferably also Swedish or Danish. Another European language is a plus.
