From our Nordic headquarters in Denmark, we manage sales, finance, training, and marketing across the Nordic region. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking for
a Key Account Manager
to lead and grow our distributor network and key customer relationships in the Finnish market, to take our business in Finland to the next level.
Your Role:
In this independent and strategically important position, you will be responsible for the Finnish distributor network and the management of key customer accounts. Whilst you are part of the Nordic sales team, your focus will be on developing the Finnish market locally, combining strong customer insight with technical expertise. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth with a respected, stable brand alongside skilled and supportive colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers across various industries
- Support distributors with technical product knowledge, pricing, offers, and training
- Conduct joint end-user visits with distributors – general industry and especially in wind power, aviation, and automotive sectors
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth order process through a strong cooperation with our Nordic customer service team located in Denmark
- Act as the local technical and commercial point of contact in Finland
What We Expect from You:
You bring solid experience in technical B2B sales, ideally with premium and technically demanding tools or industrial solutions. You have a strong understanding of distributor networks and how to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
You are a credible and knowledgeable technical advisor with a proven track record in sales. In this role, you are not just selling tools—you are representing the Stahlwille brand in the Finnish market, with quality, expertise, and service excellence at the forefront.
You quickly grasp the product range and the varying needs of your customers, offering them tailored, value-adding solutions. You are a natural relationship builder and a long-term market developer who thrives working independently whilst staying closely connected to a Nordic team environment.
You are fluent in Finnish and English and are willing to travel within Finland, and occasionally across the Nordics and to Germany.
