Drive Operational Excellence & Employee Engagement
In this role, you will be responsible for daily administrative and operational P&O tasks, supporting employees and senior leaders in their HR-related needs. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with Danish labour law and global policies, managing personnel administration, payroll coordination, and mobility processes. You will act as a sparring partner for the business and HR Business Partners, preparing job offers and handling complex mobility cases.
Your role will also involve maintaining and updating P&O processes, policies, and onboarding materials, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready and aligned with legal requirements. Furthermore, you will support the execution of employee engagement initiatives, helping to foster a thriving and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR operational support to multiple units, ensuring compliance with labour laws and global policies.
• Serve as a SuccessFactors expert, supporting management with hiring, employment changes, and terminations.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee payroll controls, invoice processing, and budget monitoring for P&O Operations.
• Act as a key liaison between employees, managers, vendors, and global mobility teams to ensure smooth mobility assignments.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards to support compensation and benefits for mobile employees.
• Continuously optimize P&O policies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Support employee engagement surveys and initiatives to strengthen the work environment.
• Provide guidance to managers and senior leaders on hiring, promotions, and other P&O processes.

To Succeed in This Role, You Need:
• +5 years of P&O experience in a multinational company
• Robust background in P&O operations and administrative processes
• Solid knowledge of Danish payroll regulations and labour law
• Experience in Global Mobility and international P&O processes
• Ability to work effectively across functions and borders in a complex stakeholder environment, with the ability to engage with senior leaders, employees, managers, HRBPs, and external vendors
• A problem-solving mindset, with an eye for simplicity and efficiency
• A collaborative approach, ensuring high standards and timely execution of tasks
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
