As Product Manager, you will champion and manage the end-to-end product life cycle of all new and existing products into the Nordic & Baltic markets, with a distinct focus on the Swedish market.

As Product Manager, you will proactively develop and drive profitable growth plans across selected product segments to deliver revenue and margin objectives. You will lead and drive the entire category portfolio, from strategic planning to tactical activities, and be responsible for developing and implementing the category marketing strategy for the respective business categories, incorporating market insights and a customer lens perspective.
You will act as Project Manager and ensure that all stakeholders have the right information at the right time. Moreover, you must take ownership of delivering a complete product launch package for all new products and be responsible for aligning across the Marketing team to ensure that all elements are fully in place prior to going live.
As Product Manager, you will ensure the regional connection between HQ and the market on overall product management. Therefore, you must build and establish an effective working relationship with HQ category/approval teams and other relevant stakeholders, and act as the ‘local go to person’.
The ideal candidate comes with previous experience from a similar role within Product Management. As this is a Nordic role with a focus on the Sweden, experience from working with the Swedish market is preferred. Moreover, you must possess a drive for success and a hunger for showing great results. You will get a high level of independency and therefore you need to be self-disciplined as well as proactive. Being flexible whilst maintaining a team player-spirit and good communication skills is necessary to succeed in the role and achieve the ambitious targets that have been set for the Category team.
