Bosch Security and Safety Systems is seeking a talented Sales District Manager to drive growth and establish Bosch as a leader in the Norwegian security market. As a part of the Building Technology segment, you will have the unique opportunity to promote advanced security products, including video surveillance systems, access control, and burglar alarms, to diverse clients across Norway.

This role offers an exciting challenge within a competitive market, requiring a combination of technical expertise and strategic sales acumen. Based in Oslo, you will collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team and report to the Nordic/Baltic Country Business Director in Sweden.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage existing customer relationships.
• Assist clients in designing cutting-edge security solutions.
• Plan and execute marketing activities in partnership with the marketing manager.
• Organize and conduct technical courses for partners and customers.
• Represent Bosch at trade fairs and sales meetings.
• Drive business success by achieving and exceeding your sales budget.
• Engage in project management, tender preparation, and partnership development.

About you

To excel in this role, you are expected to bring relevant professional experience, ideally from the security or technology industry, supported by a solid technical education such as engineering or a related field. A strong understanding of TCP/IP networks is crucial, along with prior experience in marketing or sales.

Equally important are your interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and collaboration abilities, which enable you to thrive in an international and diverse team. Fluency in both Norwegian and English, along with solid general PC skills, is required. Moreover, we are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual who is highly motivated to deliver outstanding results.
