Position Summary

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Delivery, and Finance departments. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of order processing and providing crucial support to our Sales team. The Sales Operations Coordinator also evaluates and enhances procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability within the sales operation’s domain.

Key responsibilities in the role

Order Processing:

You will manage order processing efficiently, securing all internal controls are preformed and documented. This includes input of customer orders accurately, coordinating with suppliers while maintaining proper documentation. Prioritize orders based on customer needs and attend meetings for feedback and process improvement. 

Customer master data:

You will maintain our CRM account master data and support in the sales process to secure accurate creation of new customers and use of existing customers.

Sales Support:

You will support the Sales department CRM system users, update sales guidelines, coordinate customer tender processes and facilitate information sharing meetings. 

Process Improvement:

You will evaluate and enhance procedures, implement measures to increase efficiency and profitability and collaborate with teams to streamline processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

Assist with other tasks within sales operations as needed.

What are we looking for?

These are the main qualifications and skills we are looking for in the perfect candidate:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, order processing, or related functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional time management abilities and a strong mindset on controls and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Danish and English.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
  • Experience in an international and/or software-driven company is preferred but not required.
