Today, SSI Diagnostica is the market leader in its segment in Denmark, and your responsibility will be to strengthen this position and expand the customer base with potential new sales.

Support Sales Growth with your Expertise Knowledge

SSI Diagnostica prides itself on building enduring customer relationships by delivering best-in-class solutions and services. Given that the sales cycle can extend beyond a year, it is crucial to work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.

As Sales Product Specialist, you will support an experienced Nordic Sales Manager with sales and promotional activities for major clients along with building and maintaining your own profitable customer base. Exceptional customer service is key to fostering strong customer relations, and you will manage the sales of SSI Diagnostica’s entire product portfolio including ImmuView, and products such as QFT, Copan and Biogram. Sales will be to both the clinical and the industrial segments. Collaborating with the Product Manager and Nordic Sales Manager, you will implement strategic initiatives and activities in order to reach sales targets. Additionally, you will organize and oversee congresses, meetings, and customer events, provide technical support and training to clients, and plan and execute customer meetings and sales activities to maximize engagement and sales. The key to success is your ability to work in a team setting, where you support one another with your knowledge and expertise in order to grow the customer base and increase profitability.

Analytical and Customer-focused Team Player

To excel in this role, a background in microbiology, diagnostics, or a related field is highly advantageous. Preferably, candidates will possess experience in project sales, particularly within environments where the sales cycle exceeds one year and necessitates fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, driven by achieving results through data-driven insights. You should be adept at engaging and presenting to senior laboratory and clinical staff and enjoy employing innovative thinking to deliver optimal customer solutions. You are motivated by sharing your expertise and knowledge with colleagues and clients, and by working in a fast-paced environment with potential to work during fluctuating periods of time. You thrive in a team-focused environment and enjoy exceeding targets as a team. You are a true team player who manages to achieve business goals with great interpersonal skills, you are independent and self-driven and a fast learner with a can-do mindset. Proficiency in both Danish and English is required, along with substantial experience in utilizing CRM systems and other relevant tools.
