Lead Global Innovation and Unleash Excellence in Sterile-Barrier Packaging
As a global subject-matter expert in packaging engineering, you’ll lead the design and development of sterile primary packaging systems for new products. You will collaborate within a cross-functional team, ensure on-time project delivery and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop sterile primary packaging systems.
- Select packaging materials with a focus on sterilization, sustainability, and cost targets.
- Recommend new packaging equipment vendors and external partners.
- Stay informed on evolving regulatory developments in sustainable packaging.
- Use statistical methods to design and characterize processes with reduced variability.
- Promote engineering standards and best practices within the Process Development Capability Centre.
Business critical travel will be required to support technology assessment, process trials, vendor assessments and transition into manufacture.
