Pharmacosmos is seeking a competent new colleague to join their Supply Chain division. You will be part of a small and dedicated team and will eventually become the company expert in Serialization

This is an exciting role with one of our local headquartered pharmaceutical companies who is leading the way in their global niche based on nearly 60 years of expertise in iron- and carbohydrate-based treatments for humans and animals.

You will play a key role in the team working with all aspects of the Supply Chain and you will be trained in all elements of serialization and in time become the company go-to expert.

A broad and versatile role

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will assume a broad and versatile role within a dedicated and engaged Supply Chain team consisting of five colleagues. You will have a substantial influence in shaping your job and continually broadening the scope as you gain deeper familiarity with Pharmacosmos.

Your responsibilities will span end-to-end across the company’s supply chain flow, with the focal point of your role being the facilitation and assurance of product traceability throughout the supply chain (serialization & aggregation) collaborating with internal and external stakeholders globally and ensuring that processes and systems are properly configured and validated according to GxP.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize supply chain projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient distribution and that all processes and systems are updated, and changes are timely and effectively implemented.
  • Drive the implementation of serialization initiatives including testing and validating of processes, partners and production sites.
  • Ensure that serialization systems are continuously maintained in a validated state.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • GxP experience, preferably from the pharma industry
  • Proven experience with supply chain operations (experience with serialization a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quality mindset and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to learn and grow within the organization
