I have gained more than 14 years of experience within the Executive Search industry as owner, Managing Director and Partner with other international executive search firms. I have extensive business experience from international and cross-cultural corporate environments, and my search experience is primarily within IT and Consulting, but my experience also spans over several industries and functional areas.
I have spent more than 20 years in the IT and Consulting industries with more than 10 years in Senior Management and executive positions within large Nordic and multinational industry leaders in technology and professional services.
From 2004 to 2007, I took my Executive MBA from Henley Management College in the UK.
