I work as an Assignment Manager with several years of experience in recruiting professionals at the early stages of their careers, as well as experts and managerial-level positions. In close collaboration with our consultants, my role involves analyzing companies across various industries, mapping and contacting potential candidates, and maintaining communication with them throughout the Recruitment process.
Additionally, I am responsible for creating various materials, such as job descriptions and job postings. I operate within a wide range of industries, including Renewable energy, Construction, Finance, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, HR, and ICT.
