I work as a Consultant, specializing in the Execution of Executive Search and Recruitment services for Expert, Managerial, and Executive-level positions. Industries I’m most familiar with include, Industrial and Construction, Logistics, and the Retail Sector. What I enjoy most about my work is meeting diverse individuals and having the opportunity to offer them new career possibilities, as well as helping our client companies find the right person tailored to their needs. Through the Recruitment process, I continuously learn about different industries, companies, and various job roles.
In addition, I serve as the Team Lead for the Research team. My responsibilities include recruiting and guiding my team, managing capacity and workload, and overseeing the development of all aspects related to the team’s internal and external activities and collaborations.
