As an Assignment Manager, I am responsible for working with our consultants on specialist, managerial and executive level recruitment processes in different industries. I am involved in many stages of the process such as analysing companies, identifying potential candidates, liaising and communicating throughout the recruitment process. My work also includes the preparation of various materials, job descriptions and job advertisements.
I have worked in a variety of sectors and on a variety of assignments. I have extensive experience in recruitment and sales and an understanding of the business world and business operations. This helps me in my role of finding the right candidates for client organisations.
What is particularly interesting and rewarding about my job is meeting people and getting to know a wide range of industries and roles. The best part is when the right candidate and the client organisation meet. I want to ensure that candidates and clients have a good experience of the recruitment process.
