I work as an Assignment Manager, collaborating with our consultants to drive recruitment processes forward. My responsibilities primarily involve candidate mapping and outreach. Additionally, I participate in tasks such as profiling searches and crafting various materials, including job descriptions and job postings. I work within a wide range of industries, handling assignments in areas such as renewable energy, technology, construction and industry, ICT, HR, and consumer products. I also create content for our company’s social media channels and I am certified to conduct AON suitability assessments.
In my role, I find it crucial that each candidate develops a positive employer brand perception of the client company and has a good candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
