I started in the recruitment industry in 1995 because I wanted to learn as much as possible about the business community in Norway in the shortest possible time. I have since worked with recruitment across most industries, but over the years I have worked mostly with specialist retail, IT and construction. In addition, since 2006 I have worked with Management Due Diligence for Private Equity companies.
I have previously been the General Manager of Compass for 7 years. Now I am a Partner and Chairman.
