The position

CIP is continuing its growth journey and as Personal Assistant, you will play a central, confidential and co-ordinating role in the organization. You will be the go-to person for the two executives, providing broad proactive administrative support, managing calendars, and ensuring alignment in daily schedules. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively organize and maintain the Partners’ calendars and travel arrangements, ensuring alignment in daily schedule and keep calendars up-to date.
  • Provide broad pro-active administrative support, e.g., managing incoming inquiries, scheduling of meetings, and organize and leverage the Partners’ time effectively.
  • Various administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations.
  • Provide personal assistance and support.

You will report to the Head of Executive Support, and you will join a team of eleven Personal Assistants who support different executives and funds across the organization.

About you

With at least five years of relevant work experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant in a top-tier consulting firm, law firm, investment bank, large international company, or Ministry/government agency, you will be able to drive administrative processes and projects proactively and independently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, displaying excellent time management skills, high attention to detail, and a positive can-do attitude.

You are a motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle confidential material discreetly. Furthermore, you bring a professional demeanor and a strong work ethic. It is beneficial – but not a requirement – if you have a BSc in business administration, language, or similar. You are fluent in Danish and English and has a solid knowledge of Office 365.
