I have more than 25 years’ experience as a manager and top manager in the private business world, and a trade association in NHO Byggenæringen. I have mainly worked in businesses linked to the construction industry, and through various roles I have gained broad experience within contractors, industrial and IT services particularly aimed at the construction industry.
As a partner in Compass, I come in with a large network, and operational experience as a manager and various board positions.
I have an education from the Norwegian Air Force School and additional education in economics and marketing.
In Compass Norway, I am responsible for the construction industry as well as recruitment within ESG and sustainability.
