In this position you will have a vital role in the continuous growth of Glenmark and its further establishment within the Nordics. Your overall responsibility will be to ensure a professional financial management that support the future business decisions regarding high end generic launches in the Nordic countries.

 A broad and visible role with ongoing projects, international peers and many activities
In this role you will report directly to the Director of Finance Europe in UK and be a part of the leadership team. You will be responsible for building up healthy financial budgeting, reporting and auditing procedures allowing you to support the growing business of Glenmark generics in the Nordics out of the Malmö office.

You will make sure to achieve the targets by setting high standards, by knowing your business in detail and by collaborating and sharing best practise with your international colleagues in Europa.  You will be responsible for the accurate financial accounting and management reporting data of the Nordic commercial entity, you will manage all the financial accounting, IFRS and FP&A reporting, monitoring and reporting systems and take lead on cash flow, forecasting and product performance monitoring.  Also, you will provide additional analysis and insight to allow commercial teams to have a good understanding of current performance, issues and opportunities, and to drive overall effectiveness and efficiency of business plans.

 Excellent skills within accounting, reporting and budgeting
We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience from a role as Finance Manager, Controller or similar. You have a relevant academic degree, and you are motivated by joining a company on a growth journey in an ever-changing environment. Your IT skills are on a high level – your Excel skills are particularly important and SAP experience is welcomed.

Ideally, you have experience from a distributor who operates in the Nordics or actual pharma experience. You have obtained an in-depth/hands-on experience with month/year-end closing, value-adding controlling, forecasting, business analysis etc. The key to success will be your ability to manage all local financial task in a growing business; but at the same time make sure that reporting deadlines are kept which will require a certain amount of flexibility from all sides.

Fluency in English is a requirement, and as a person you are hardworking, supportive and pragmatic and can communicate in a diplomatic way.

Pharmacovigilance Officer – Nordics

Broad PV-role within generics

Broad Pharmacovigilance role with selected RA tasks
In this newly established PV-position you will take a vital part in the fast growth of Glenmark’s establishment within the Nordic. You will be responsible for all pharmacovigilance tasks and issues related to the product portfolio in the Nordic countries and you will be backing up RA with selected tasks.

Key tasks in a very visible role
You will be the responsible local person for Pharmacovigilance and act as a key contact point according to local legislation in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. You will maintain and develop an efficient pharma-covigilance system that allows collection, documentation and forwarding of adverse events received to Global PV and local agencies as required by local regulations aligned with Glenmark’s standards and processes.

You will interact and cooperate with local Health Authorities, be responsible for Medical Information, ensure PV training for your Nordic colleagues and you will implement commitments from inspections, audits and identified gaps and coordinate corrective actions for the Nordic. In this position you will refer to the QPPV Europe but work very close together with the General Manager Nordic as well as the RA and QA Officers.

Secondary tasks
You will support Regulatory and be parts of the national phase for MA incl. post-approval activities, renewal and submission processes and depending on language skills and experience tasks have local interaction with Health Authorities and external companies with respect to in- and out licensing activities and MA maintenance.

PV or RA experience from the pharmaceutical industry
We expect you to have a degree within Healthcare or other relevant education combined with 2-5 years of experience from either PV or RA within an affiliate or HQ in the pharmaceutical industry. You are systematic, structured and have great stakeholder management skills and are able to prioritize and focus on key projects and tasks. You are a skilled communicator, and you can work independently and with internal and external partners – both international and regional.

Regulatory Affairs Manager – Nordic

In this RA-position, you get to operate with all local Regulatory Affairs issues related to the product portfolio in the Nordic countries and take a vital part in the fast growth of Glenmark’s establishment within the Nordic.

You will establish interaction and cooperation with the respective countries Health Authorities and provide inputs to the necessary dossier and timely submission for all product launched in the Nordic in close cooperation with the market authorisation holder Glenmark UK.

Based in Glenmark Nordic HQ in Malmö, and with direct report to the VP RA Europe based in UK, you will be in contact with a wide range of different stakeholders both internally and externally.

Key tasks in a very visible role
You will be working on submissions, packaging and approvals on a wide range of products – many of which will change local market dynamics.

  • Successfully interact with the project and functional teams in Europe and India to ensure that data generated is appropriate and will be presented and compiled in accordance with EU requirements
  • Manage the submission process (generally DCP, MRP, CP or national submissions) and manage the national phase for MA issue following closure of the European Regulatory Procedures
  • Post-approval activities including maintenance of approved MAs and launch activities
  • Assistance in compilation of compliance files for new license approvals and updating compliance files during life cycle of the product where necessary
  • Liaise with external companies with respect to in-licensing and out-licensing activities and any associated regulatory issues as required

RA experience from the pharmaceutical industry
We expect you to have a degree in pharmaceutical science or other relevant education combined with 3-5 years of experience from a Regulatory Affairs position within an affiliate or HQ in the pharmaceutical industry.
